How much does RhinoStays charge?

A flat 20% of gross monthly revenue. No setup fees, no retainers, no upfront costs of any kind. We only make money when your property is generating revenue which means our incentives are completely aligned with yours.

Do I need to already be listed on Airbnb?

No. We can help you get your property listed from scratch: title, photos guidance, description, pricing setup or we can take over management of an existing listing that is underperforming.

What areas of Atlanta do you serve?

We serve the entire Greater Atlanta metro area, including Midtown, Buckhead, Grant Park, Decatur, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, and surrounding suburbs. Reach out if you are unsure whether your property qualifies.

Can I cancel if it is not working out?

Yes. Our agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day exit clause for either party. There is no long-term commitment. Any bookings confirmed before your termination date will be honored through their checkout date.

Who pays the cleaners - you or me?

You pay your cleaners directly. We coordinate scheduling, brief them on our quality standards, and verify every turnover with a photo checklist. This keeps your cleaner costs transparent and in your control.

How quickly can you take over my property?

Most properties are fully onboarded within 5 to 7 days. That includes listing optimization, pricing setup, automated messaging configuration, and cleaner briefing. We move quickly because every unoptimized night is revenue you are not capturing.

Do you manage properties on VRBO or other platforms?

Our primary focus is Airbnb, where the majority of short-term rental bookings originate. For hosts interested in multi-platform listing, we can discuss expanding your presence as part of your onboarding conversation.

What if I already have a property manager?

We specialize in co-hosting, which means we work alongside existing arrangements. If you have a long-term property manager and want to transition a unit to short-term, or if you want a second opinion on your current management, we are happy to have that conversation.
